I love a good transition season. I call it its own season mostly because it doesn't know what type of weather it wants to be (i.e., 70 degrees one day and then the next its 35 degrees and sleeting outside). I also despise these transition seasons because I want it to so badly just pick one or the other...

These are a few sweaters that I have just found on AE.com and I am in LOVE with them. A lot of these are on clearance currently, but I think that they are staples so finding them in slightly different variations won't be too hard! I hope you enjoy these and I can't wait to find others.
